My girlfrient and I purchase two tours (Japan and Korea) in April 16 2015 from china CYTS Tours USA in San Francisco CA.
We had several bad experiences with these tours in Japan and Korea.
They over charged on two days on the tourguide tips even on the days we were on airplane. The tourguide also sold his own merchandise on the bus and they were fake and bad. The tourguide sold us Chanel Perfume pen set but no perfume inside. We paid the tourguide in Japan Yen, all cash. The tourguide in Korea provided us bad food and rip off on the breakfast that we suppose had eaten in the hotel.
After we came back the trips, I contacted the tour agency China CYTS Tours and demand them to refund the money on the bad merchandise. They refused and never provided us any solution.
If you travel in Asia and using Chinese tour agency, be careful what you go with. Many times the tour price is attractive, but the trade off is the bad service and rip off on merchandise that even does not work.
