Chinavision product was not as describe and poor quality also terrible customer service china china

let's start from the beginning 

dec 2013 I purchased a phone tablet from chinavision for myself for christmas I did not get the item till the end of feb it had to come from china and it was missing the head phones that was in the listing for the item which in hind sight should of been a sign about this company. when i contacted the company about the missing items i was told that it was there when they shipped it out  and that in so many words I'M a liar and tuff luck .right then I was not going to deal with chinavision any more but then   

3 weeks later the charger port broke off inside the item. now it's march 2014 I had to pay to send it back to chinavision for repairs because they did not want to refund or send replacement without going over the purchased item to see if it could be repaired. what a nightmare more money spent for shipping back and Im out of a cell phone now   

They even ask for a video of the item ? the charger port was broken off what do you need with a video for anyway. I sent it back and then had to stay on them about the item April goes by finally may 28 I get the phone back after asking for a refund. I quickly notice the charger was not there oh boy here we go. I contacted them told them there was no charger this was there respons to that they stated they would send one as a goodwill gesture really after further investergation of the returned item the charger port had in infact had not  been repaired its ready to snap off again. theres nothing more i want to do with chinavision terrible product, terrible customer service

Ok in a nut shell to replace the ceros motion because i needed a phone I spent 6 months and  over 300.00 hundred dollars sending back for fake repair  the price of the ceros motion. take it from me this big company cares nothing about you or me so heres your warning. do not do business with this company you have been warned you are better off buying from the USA then doing what i did buying cheap and getting cheap products good luck people
