NOW..... for the record. I am putting myself as anonymous!! I have been around these people (the victims) and the situation to be able to post everything I have so far and will finish here!! I am not an ex-employee.. just someone that is outraged with these chinnese people, due to the way they've treated so many people!

These chinnese people will hire immigrants and not even have them on file for the IRS, in order to have them pay taxes, they won't pay them atleast the minimum wage, and they literally exploit them! Not to mention that they simply use them (knowing they're illegals) to later on not pay them thousands of dollars in overtime.. telling them that they won't pay them because they're illegal.

From what I've known... at first the main people running that place, Shang (a man) and Meng (female supervisor) did not start the employees at minimum wage.. the pay was approximately $4.50hr - $5.00hr! Not to mention that the daily hours ranged from 12-14hrs!

The work was most definetly too harsh for them to get paid so little!! They dealt with large portions of frozen meat, large vegetable boxes, etc!

So this is where it gets interesting for the public and the IRS! Because (like I mentioned above) they also commit fraud against the IRS.

What these people do is they'll hire illegal immigrants (knowingly).. but they'll pay them in cash.. not in check! Meaning that the IRS isn't getting all that money that should be handed to them out of every employee to help out the economy. HA! Then people whine and whine saying the illegal Mexicans hurt the economy.. look at these chinnese.. sneaky as hell! That's why they get away with it.. because everyone concentrates on the illegal Mexicans.

Next.. they'll make them believe that they're really appreciated and offer them a ton of hours of overtime! What's next??

Next.. they call a group meeting.. ironically it's only the illegals that are called upon for this meeting. What's said in this meeting? The following:

"Well ... we've reduced your 1 (one) whole hour break to 10 minutes every day!"

So now the employees aren't happy... so they basically quit on them. But wait! Now they're realizing.. that they've worked there for years.. and up to date they still owe them overtime money! And not just one employee.. but 5!! When they go to the labor board and Shang and Meng find out about this.. they're frightened ... so they call all these illegals back for a group meeting. What do they tell them now??

They ask them to remove the report they made at the labor board and they tell them that because they're illegals they won't pay them the overtime they owe them. But ironically their condition is that they won't pay them any of the actual owed money.. but they'll keep them for under the minimum wage!

How convenient.. even though, they know they're illegals.. they're willing to keep illegals working there to not pay them those thousands of dollars!!

Now since these illegals won't agree to those conditions.. Shang and Meng threaten to call INS. All I can say to you both, Shang and Meng is.. go for it.. the only people that are going to get into the most trouble are you for hiring illegals, explotation of immigrants, and fraud towards the IRS.

So go on lil' Shang and Meng.. call the INS... I'll call the IRS, labor board, hispanic services, and human rights! Then we'll see who ends up fined, losing their business, and imprisoned for years!!

Also.. the woman that pays the employees, Cindy, is in all of this.. but what's bad about this is that this woman is an American! That's right.. an American as an accomplice to commiting fraud towards the IRS. Once again.. ironic.. how so many illegals are criticized about taxes and this and that.. when here we have a %100 American woman stealing from the IRS!

Now just a personal note.. there was no offense intended towards any Americans or other chinnese people in general. I've been around this situation because one of my friends knows one of the persons that worked there. So therefore that should answer as to who I am.

I personally believe that illegal immigration should be controlled and that every illegal should take the legal steps to get legalized. But that's something that I on personal levels advise people to do.

What really upsets me is the stereotypes against illegal immigrants.. and this is a good example asto how the "LEGALS" are the worse! Not to mention that explotation, intimidation, racism, and especially IRS fraud are against the law!!

SO YEAH ... IRS.. I'M CALLING ON YOU.. INVESTIGATE THESE CHINNESE FOOD/BUFFET OWNERS IMMEDIATELY! BEFORE THEY GE AWAY W/IT!!
