If this helps one poor soul from not having to deal with these fools, it's worth the trouble. I have an extended warranty. The dealerships were to busy. So I found a company who advertised 30 years experience, factory trained technicians, personalized service, quality workmanship, and extended Warranties Honored call them and they sounded like everything they advertised. So I'm off with address in hand. I find the address,go in the office, tell them the problem, and they say. We can take care of everything, and have your car back to you in a few days.

A few days go by I hear nothing. I call the number from the add only to find out my cars in the wrong shop My cars next door, same building, same address, and it looked like one large shop. But no. Econo Lube rents a small bay at the end. They just happen to have the only office in the front of the building. I thought what an idiot I am.

Two weeks later after more phone conversations than I care to remember,I finally got my car. It's parked under a tree with the windows down, covered with grease and hand prints. Then they tell me GM only approved one of the three problems I had. That I would still need to take it to the dealership. This after telling me several times they could take care of it all.

As I'm driving away I notice the clock and the radio don't work. They had disconnected the battery without using a 12 volt adapter. My car computer lost the memory of anything that had gone wrong with it since It was sold. It also has a anti-thief package, and when the battery was disconnected it locked the radio and clock. To unlock it takes a code you can only get from the dealer. I take it back and these fools tell me three different lies. From not knowing my car had that package,to there 12 volt adapter didn't work right. Then they said they could get the code but had to take the radio out. At this point I'd had it with these idiots. They weren't putting there filthy, drifty, paws on my car again. Especially the inside.

I had paid them $100.00 which was my deductible.I have to take the car back to the dealership, pay them another $100.00 to make the repairs they could not do,and repair the damage they did do.

I also had it detailed to get all the grease off under the hood, the fenders, and the doors.

This was before Christmas.I asked for my $100.oo back to cover the deductible. I also wrote them a letter asking for my $100.00 only. Not the detailing or inconvenience. I have heard nothing from them as yet.
