I had an initial assessment with Julie, the neuro physio and Justin, the owner and it was a farce. Julie poked, prodded and wiggled my arms & legs for a few minutes and Justin did nothing but stand there and tell me a couple of things I knew already from the web site - and for that the cost was double because both of them attended: $135 x 2 = $270! A further session with Julie was equally a waste of money: all she did was move one of her hands around in the air and tell me to put mine against it: another $135! A session with their RMT Liz was dreadful too: she couldn't get me on her table or the bed so I had to pay my care agency to stay for the hour to help her and the massage therapy was appalling as well - she just wiped oil over my legs and stroked them, didn't knead or stretch my muscles or make me feel any better. I've had a session since with an ordinary massage therapist from another company that was 1000x better. Chipperfield's mobile therapy is useless, a total ripoff so I disputed their bill and as a result Julie started a spite campaign against me, inappropriately making a private dispute public, spreading nasty rumours about me and warning other physiotherapists not to treat me. Consumers beware of this company, stay away from them!
