Warning! Run as fast and as far away as you can from Chiropractor Christopher Moon. He operates a clinic inAkron Ohio. He advertises a 100% guarantee on his products and services.  From my experience, that is completely false.  In fact, I consider it false advertising. I have been trying for the last 3 months to get a refund from him.  I have emailed multiple accounts, called, sent messages through Facebook and submitted “tickets” through his website.  He has not responded in any form. 

His wife, Karen, responded 1 time.  She claims to have never received a proper cancellation form.  I have sent the cancellation form twice, with several follow up emails and still no reply.  When you call their phone number they never answer and refer you to their website ticket submission system in which they never respond.

The cycle continues over and over.

Besides the horrible customer service and false advertising, I had countless issues with my web account not working properly. I always got “our servers are being worked on and the problem will be fixed soon” as a response. After 4 months of the same excuse I cancelled the subscription.  Christopher Moon and his wife Karen have deceived the chiropractic profession and continue to profit from it. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
