Choice Home Warranty Ripoff, liers, Edison New Jersey

We purchased a Home warranty with our new home when we purchased in Dec. 2015. We renewed Dec. 2016. On Dec. 18th filed claim with Choice, our hot water heater was not heating. On 12-20-16 the Plumbing Co. came out and found the problem. He spent time on his computer trying to locate parts. Short story he said part was not available. He then turned it over to Choice Warranty. Dec 21-2016 I spoke to Angela a supervisor for Choice. She said the part for the repair is no longer available. There for they will pay 165.00 toward the claim for the non existing part and the instalation of that non part. I said that was rediculus. She said it wasn't that hard. Thats all they will pay. I said Choice is not wanting to honor the claim. I have emailed the company regarding my payment for my claim, and have not recieved the 165.00 non a return email. Choice Home is a total ripoff. I would not recomend this company for nothing.
