We called to get our refrigerator fixed.  A technician came to our house and knew what the problem was right away.  He said the fan went because refrigerators often have that problem causing the condenser to go out.  He said there was nothing we could do to stop it from happening and that it was best to get a new refrigerator because the repairs was going to be very costly.  He never once mentioned anything about maintenance to prevent this issue nor some statement about dust covering the motor which lead the Freon to boil out and cause the fridge to go.  I don’t understand how stories change from then to now.  He said we should ask for a cash out because the repairs would be too much and that was what he was going to write on his report.  Now I call them and they don’t pick up the phone and this is the company you guys sent to my house.  Is this choice home warranty service a scam? I have paid for this service for four years plus and the time I need it the most, I am getting a run around on maintaining something that is 100 percent on this inside of the fridge. I don’t understand this and this is 100 percent wrong on your guys part.  I will make sure I post this to all my social media outlets and on the BBB website as well. We will see if you care about customer service or not.  This is a scam and you will never get another cent from me or anyone I know.

 So because YOU are having to wait YOU feel its appropriate to go online and write defamation in order to BLACKMAIL them into moving faster?? You DO realize that what YOU are doing IS a crime right?? What it sounds like is that four years ago YOU didnt read your policy so YOU would be informed as to WHAT your responsibilities were and NOW have attempted to use the web to FORCE them into giving YOU what YOU want. As with ANY warrenty there are going to be conditions that MUST be met in order to redeem it. Since its your fridge then there ARE things that NEED to be done that were spelled out for YOU in the warrenty information. But since YOU didnt read that information and its NOW being denied YOU go online and commit a CRIME to get your way. REAL MATURE!!!! Maybe YOU should just admit that YOU didnt bother reading said information and just DEAL WITH IT!!!! YOU are NOT being "scammed" by THEM when YOU didnt do YOUR PART as required by the warrenty that YOU CHOSE!!! YOU didnt do a once a year clean up on the fridge by a tech, which means that YOU cannot show that YOU in good faith attempted to keep the fridge running. Im betting that YOU are the type of person who doesnt admit that THEY may have made a mistake, it kinda shows in your post. YOU obviously didnt do YOUR part and NOW seek to commit a crime in order to cover YOUR mistake. Typical self-entitlment. YOUR ignorance and assumptions have caused this NOT the warrenty company.
