I placed an order with Choice Pharmacy on 4/21/17.  When they shipped the order, they left out a digit in my mailing address.  After talking with them about it, they said they called the post office to ask them to hold the package for me to pick up.  Once I connected with the Post Office, they told me the company called them to say a package was never authoried to be sent to me and to return it to them immedately.

I have been trying to work with Choice Pharmacy to either get my order sent to the correct address in my shipping information on their website or to get my money back.  I have been given the run around for weeks now about how the package has to be received, but the tracking infromation from the USPS tracking number states that it is sitting in New Your waiting to be retreived since 4/28/17.

Finally I was given a phone number to call, but no one answer the phone and no one returns my voicemails.

This company is a total rip-off, do not place any orders with them.

I Have Been A Postal Service Employee for 25 years. For the Past 6 Years i have worked strictly either as a Customer service Supervisor, Or a Customer service representative. So i am going to Coment on your statements 

about the USPS And how you said the events unfolded. the statement " Once I connected with the Post Office, they told me the company called them to say a package was never authoried to be sent to me and to return it to them immedately."

This is either Untrue or you received it from another Mailing Service_UPS-FED Ex ECT.

the Postal service does not Return mail When asked to do so over the Phone. And most certainly would not tell you a Parcel was returned because you were not suppose to get it . There is an Intercept Policy in PlaceIt IS stricly done online. And Comes with a fee. A package could be Held for pick up , redirected or Returned to the sender .

Should you ever Ship with USPS and need it . Package Intercept is most effective.
