Hector Calderon aka CHP Operating has issued a ridiculous amount of hot checks to multiple vendors in south Texas & west Texas.  Well over $200,000 of hot checks.  The man & his company are both frauds.  There are court documents to prove this.  Beware of any business dealings with this person or his company.
