I am writing ask Chris Balrdige of Pine Valley why you had to take my families land.  What you did to us at Pine Valley is one of the most ugly things I think anyone has done.  Especially when I was off serving our country.

My father bought a piece of land back in Pine Valley in the 90s sometime. I know he didn't have the money to build a house on it back then but he did keep the taxes paid and wanted to retire out there in Pine Valley.  In 2007 I lost my job and didn't have much of a choice but to take a milatary contractin job in Iraq.  While I was over there my father passed in 2009.  I wasn't able to get back.  I did get a letter delivered to my FPO address that said he left me his land in Pine Valley.

I came home from Iraq in October when we started shuttin down things over there.  I really couldn't start getting my stuff together until after the holidays.  One of the things I did was went to the county tax office to make sure that the land had my new mail address on it.  That is when I found out that my land was gone.  The name on the foreclosure papers was Chris Baldridge.  They said it was cause we owed a few hundred dollars in property dues.  It wasn't until I read in the Mt. Vernon newspaper the story about what had been happening out there that I realized what they did to me.  I know I aint got a lot of monie but I do pay my bills.  I think to take someones property while they are servin there country is terrible.  I know I was just a contracctor but I had to deal with same thing they do.  Bullets whizzin past ya every day and real crazy stuff.  I was told that if I was miletary they wouldn't have let you take my property.  I was also told at the tax office that they gave you my FPO address and that your husband said it wasn't his problem.  That is why I was over there was to make money to get caught up on bills.  I could have pad mine on that land.

Why did you just send the bill for the few hundred dollars to my FPO mailbox?  From the looks of the news paper, I guess you just wanted the white trash out.  Without us white trash, you wouldnt have anyone over seas fightin for this country or providin those fightin with food and supplies.

Ms. Baldridge, I tried to get in touch with you to see if I could pay my bill and get my property back.  I just get some voicemail at some company in Dallas.  I drove in this past weekend to see if I could find them and I can't.  I thought I had seen the worste of people while I was in Iraq.  Little did I know there were even more evil people back here in the US taken advantage of us who were servin this country.
