I have proof ( an email from them stating I cancelled within in the time frame and they would refund my money) I called today and they said, sorry we will not refund any of your money! WHAT A JOKE! This guy is a FRAUD!  If you have insomnia, listen to one of his webinars....He lives in the past telling/showing you he was a to 30 under 30/// since then his RE business has collapsed and now he relys solely on selling worthless "systems".

The guy has no voice for webinars and should hire a professional.  His programs are garbage...Stay a way from Chris Curry...His new tactic is introducing programs but because he has such a horrible reputation, he nevermentions his name until AFTER you sign up....BEWARE!!

Hello, this is Chris, and I'd like to respond to Angie Foy's complaint. Obviously she was very upset when she posted it.

Since then, I called and personally talked to her, and we came to a very amicable agreement. She offered to remove the report, and in turn, I offered to personally reimburse the money she spent with our company.

I stand on our terms of use 100%, BUT… I also believe in standing behind the tools, tips, and techniques that I share with other agents. I hear back from many who are thrilled with the results they are getting. So if I hear that someone is NOT absolutely thrilled about what we share, I want to make it right!

I gladly give ANY agent a full month to look over and use everything I offer at no risk, and I have never believed in contracts after that. I won’t ask others to do anything I’m not happy with doing myself! Angie was a member for 3 months. She didn’t feel that this was a good fit for her business, and I’m sad to see her go…

Unfortunately, it seems that she can't remove the report after all. So here it stands. But that will NOT stop me from upholding my word, and I am reimbursing her anyway.

Here’s a little bit more detail if you’re interested:

I provide a program that shows Realtors nationwide how to use Facebook to generate leads. We share exactly what WE are doing in OUR business every day.

Angie spent money advertising on Facebook, and paid a monthly membership fee for our program. The FACEBOOK advertising money is spent directly with Facebook. I have no control or interest in her advertising budget, and obviously cannot refund any of that money!

Angie DID pay us a monthly membership fee for access to the training, and had a full 30 days to try out the program with a full money back guarantee. She continued to use the program and materials beyond that point. There are no contracts, but obviously after the initial trial period the monthly membership charge IS non-refundable.

After using our program for SEVERAL months, Angie contacted us and requested to terminate her membership. She asked for a refund for the last month's membership. As per our terms and conditions, we reiterated that after the initial 30 days, all membership charges are NON-refundable. She had paid the money, and received access to the membership site, training and software in return.

Sadly, Angie got VERY agitated, threatened my staff, and chose to dispute TWO months of membership charges. Her credit card company upheld OUR position, as clearly stated in our terms and conditions, and refused both disputes.

This matter was brought to my personal attention after the incident involving my staff member on the phone. At that point, I reached out to personally speak with Angie. She was calm and reasonable, and apologized for taking her frustrations out on my staff member. She even offered to remove the report above. Obviously, she was not able to do that.

My goal is to share what works for me in my business, to HELP other agents. I'm sorry that she didn't feel the program was a good fit. However, in the same way that we as agents sign agreements with buyers and sellers, Angie had an agreement with us. And I feel that we should ALL abide by the agreements and promises we make, both in business, and in life.

Update: Chris Curry calls me on my cell phone on April 28th and says he will refund money if I take down the report and said, deal--that is fair enough. So he says once I email him an amount I would like back, he will send me a check. That was over 2 weeks ago! Another lie from the owner himself. Just goes to show you this is how this company is ran. The promise you one thing and never follow through. They only follow through on taking your money. Agents beware of this company and the owner, scam artist himself Chris Curry!
