   Well, they failed to respond to my rebuttal and actually even made themselves look more stupid. This guy Brandon Douglas Bradshaw is a true idiot and should really think about seeking help for his drug addiction and issues with lying.

The BBB ruled IN OUR FAVOR and gave this company a C- rating, which is pretty bad!

It just goes to show that we did nothing wrong and provided documentation which contradicted EVERYTHING they tried to lie about. Here is his response: ALSO, after contacting this law firm, we were notified that they DO NOT represent Carson Rose & Associates and NEVER have!

What a insane liar Brandon Douglas Bradshaw is! He never attached anything with his response either, making him look like the idiot he really is!

ALSO! They falsified to the SOS indicating they are a "legal" corporation, when in fact they have NO on-site legal department or lawyer! They claim to have a legal department, which rolls over to another extention that Steve Taylor, among others, answer, although we have yet to hear from any lawyer representing them....

Here is what i sent him. He will be proceeding with suit on our behalf. Here is a brief outline of what has happened so far:

1. Mid September, Christal Scott D/B/A/ ''Amazing Web Design Services'', placed an account with us for collection.

2. Approximately 3 weeks later, through the debtors attorney, we found that the ''debt'' she placed with us was, in fact, already settled and that not money was owed. She was attempting to use our services as a way to simply harass her ''debtor''.

3. We notified Ms. Scott that this was in direct violation of our fee agreement and that our fee was now due.

4. She called in ranting and raving, seeing as how the invoice was only for $496, I dismissed the invoice, apologized for her experience and thought this would end the conflict.

5. She then told me that I now owed her for her ''time involved''. Words were exchanged, I hung and thought that was the end of it.

6. Ms. Scott then called in 51 documented times over the next day and a half, told me that if I didn't give in to her demands that she would post negative remarks and reviews all over the internet in an attempt to ruin my and Carson Rose's reputation. I didn't give into her demands, so she posted things on several web sites to the point that if you ''GOOGLE'' our company name, phone number or our (Barry Berens & Brandon ''Doug'' Bradshaw) all these nasty web sites pop up. Also, she has posted my partner and I home address and phone numbers on these sites. Any pedophile could access these sites and victimize our families.

7. We ignored the situation further, she then ''hacked'' into my ''MySpace'' page, took photo's of my family and home address information and posted it also to these nasty, defamatory web sites.

8. When she still didn't get what she wanted, she called my cell phone by pushing a bunch of buttons in our companies phone system. She told me that if I didn't pay her $2500, she would continue to damage our reputation's by posting more things online.

9. I blocked her phone number from calling in, she then ''spoofed'' the caller ID to look like my office was calling my cell phone, to get me to answer so she could yell, cuss and attempt to extort money from us.

10. She sent at least a couple dozen emails to us, so I blocked her email address. She then, knowing

If he listened to that conversation, he would also have heard me tell him the client did not recieve anything from me indicating his debt was paid in full. Carson Rose & Associates \"CLAIMS\" to have this, but when I asked very nicely for it, they put me on hold, transferred me to a supervisor named Dan (conversation was recorded by us and will be on the site soon). He began becoming rude, talking over me and yes, I did get upset. NEVER did I use vulgar language or be irrational. I actually told him I was hanging up because he was not being reasonable. This rep told me (also in a recorded call) when I first contacted him and after he listened to the entire issues I had with these particular clients, that they were going to pursue collection. I did ask him about suing, but he insisted this was the first step. Now, they say I submitted fraudulent claims because they \"claim\" to have proof I dismissed one of these debts, however to this day they have REFUSED to provide a copy. Now, I did NO \"crying\" as stated, in fact, the conversation with Steve Taylor was the person I spoke with after my terrifying conversation with Dan. And you can clearly hear on our website how he responded to me. Now, anyone would be pissed off at this point and highly motivated to talk to someone high up, which is what I did. i then dealt with this guy, Doug. EVERY SONGLE conversation with him has been recorded. INCLUDING the conversation in which he LIES in this comment and claims that I called his office by pushing a bunch of extentions and reached him. I have emails from him telling me what extention to press and that he was waiting on my call! (SHAME ON YOU DOUG!) Now, Doug CLAIMS I \"hacked his myspace page, however this is just stupid. He knows that is just not true. His profile, which is STILL visible, shows his pics on the main page. I simply took screenshots for documentation purposes. Please Doug, contact My Space and see them laugh in your face! They will know and tell you this did not happen!Doug was sent a email which I was advised by law enforcement, to Cease & Desist. He continued to email me all weekend, stalk my website, my customer\'s websites as well, despite being told to stop. It became so bad a formal police report was filed against him and carson Rose & Associates. I have all my paperwork and documentation to prove this claim as well.Doug, You know for a fact I NEVER told you: \"that if I didnt pay her for the claims that she placed, which I would never do, she was going to create a website with slanderous, malicious content that showed my KIDS AND WIFE!!\"AGAIN, THE ENTIRE CONVERSATION WAS RECORDED AND I WILL BE UPLOADING IT TONIGHT TO MY PAGE FOR EVERYONE TO HEAR FOR THEMSELVES!I demanded several things to resolve the serious issues and problems I had with this company. NEVER did I demand payment for any reason other than the fact this company lied and told me my accounts would be collected on within 2 weeks and that I \"had a claim\" against these particular clients. I do not think if I was going to \"extort\" that I would have been willing to accept HALF of the cost I was loosing because of them lying to me and wasting my time believing they were going to help me! PLUS, IF I was attempting to \"extort\" I would have not demanded them to participate in a third party training course to improve their HORRIBLE customer service skills.I gave them until 4 pm to accept ALL of my terms, not just to refund me for my acocunts! And your darn right I demanded the refund via wire transfer! No way am I accepting a check from this shady company!I, too contacted the FBI and they LAUGHED! They told me this is not a FBI issue and recommend continuing my criminal charges with the polive, FTC and BBB along with the AG\'s Office. They said this was more of a civil dispute/matter.
