Chris Whilby was my landlord and he wasnt paying the mortgage or the insurance in the building. The water was never paid or the sewer ,,and was shutoff for over a week..I have 4 young kids who suffered because of this man..The garbage was never removed when he did not pay them either..He is a real slum lord who has many cases pending against him in superior court..He doesnt pay anyone but collects from his poor tenants...This man need to stop stealing from people.
