After a week of signing up for a few months, Christian Mingle canceled my account and were accusing me of misconduct with 6 people, which is completely false.

I signed up for two months of service in advanced, and a week later, I get an email saying my account was permanently closed due to misconduct. I called customer service, and they said the account had three reports of sending messages that contained "vulgarity and name calling". No message I have ever sent on that website ever contained anything of that sort. I told them to show me proof or elaborate more, but they refused. I ask for a manager to contact me so the next day, manager Mickelle( think that was the name she gave) gave me a call. She then informed me that it was now six reports against me, and now it was not from online messages, it was complaints about me from incidents that occurred in person and over the phone. I have only been a member for a week, and have not a single person from that site, and only had two phone numbers of other members,which I have only texted, not called, and at no paint was I remotely abusive, vulgar, or called names. I told the manager that this was impossible, and asked politely if she could elaborate more or give me more detail about these accusations. Her exact words were "You know what you did". I was completely shocked that a manager would be so harsh and rude to me, and could not even tell me why I am being accused of these things while giving no proof or details.

She then refused to give me a refund for the two months I payed up front for, so I mentioned that I would do a pay pal reversal. After mentioning that, she told me to go ahead, and when it comes to them for review, they will tell paypal everything I did to these supposed six people and how I violated Christian Mingle's terms of service. To think that this company would be so hateful and give out my personal details to paypal is shocking and horrifying.

I am thinking someone down the line complaints about some other account got mixed into mine in thier system. That it somewhat understandable, but to treat a paying customer with so much disrespect, not provide any proof of these accusations(which changed each time I talk to someone there), and to flat out deny a refund while threatening to give personal details to paypal is so unprofessional and hurtful. They do provide a good service, and I would like to still be a member of the website. I would like an apology as well. If none of these can be given, that at least give me a refund. Thank you.
