CHRISTINA COSMETICS Ripoff Never refunded my $$$$$$$$$ after I returned all the cosmetics with the 30 day trial advertisement Internet

I saw the Christina Cosmetics infomercial and saw that there was a thirty day trial option, so I ordered the cosmetics. I was so unsatisfied with the cosmetics and the fact that they did not do what they promised on TV that I sent the products back. I never received a refund and called Christina Cosmetics more than 5 times since 9/20/06 but have had no luck. I am out $61.97 after returning the product based on a thirty day trial. This company never returns calls and when I did speak to a representative, I was told I would be sent a check and to this day have not seen a penny. Christina has no Integrity and should be out of business, because she is a scammer. I have bank statements to prove the withdrawals made from my account and the lady that I spoke with confirmed in her database to have received my return. Help!!!!
