The fact is that she and her husband were found guilty of stealing $1.2 mil from investors on fake oil investments while living in Round Rock Texas. Husband is currently serving a 4 1/2 year sentence in Seagoville Federal Prison and she escaped with only probation for same period on credit card and social security fraud.
Continually told me that she is expecting a $40,000 commission check for selling investors on Hollywood movies. After my own investigation have found that she is still married to her husband in prison, she does not work for any movie company, there is no check coming, there are multiple other victims before me in the Austin, Tx area where I live, and is still being watched by the FBI. She says that she has 4 children, but apparently has 6, 3 of which she has already lost custody of.
After recieving a cellular phone bill which was under my name, I discovered that she consults with her husband in prison almost daily, calls many other men at the same time, after running up a $350 phone bill for one month. I had her on a $50 plan for 3000 anytime minutes and still it reached $350. It quickly became clear what was going on and she never had any intention of paying cell bill.
Once I called her on it, she immediatly hung up phone never to speak again and ever since has been filing false charges against me with the Houston Police Dept as a method to try to shake me off.
I rented a U-Haul for her to move to Houston and she refused to return the U-Haul running up about a $1,000 bill until the police and U-Haul recovered it. She escaped charges with the police by simply name dropping some Texas politician. She continually drops various names with people to win various favors or escapes to include saying that her sister is an FBI agent in the Austin, TX area. The fact is that her aunt is a data entry clerk there and the only agents she knows are those that were involved in her and her husbands fake oil scam.
She scammed about $5,000 out of me when I figured out what was happening.

As If anybody in the state of Texas would pay

As if anybody in the state of Texas would pay a nanny $900 per week. Hell, you can get a whole staff for less then that. Ain't gonna happen. They might have been doing it "on paper" for the tax write off, but no way. Had a boss, who was paying his maid/nanny/cook $175 per week. The women arrived at 7 am on Mon. and left at 6 pm on Fri. She watched his THREE kids, cooked all meals, cleaned and whatever else needed to be done around the house. The ONLY thing she didn't do was yard work. $175 per week for a live-in "nanny", that's about right. She was with him for seven years.

I know the Aguilar's and there ex-nanny's from 1997!!! They paid there nanny's over $900.00 per week, and took very good care of there children!
You are someone that just likes to gossip because you have nothing better to do! The man that wrote the above report you wrote back to is a cocaine user and has no job, abuses his mother
(call adult protective services)** Mary Rife**
Austin Texas, that's Mike Rife's Mom!! He has not worked in over 9 yrs. and claims to have money!! He took advantage of Christy and her children because she was alone and he thought she
had money!! He stole over $15,000. from them in furniture etc!! Police report filed at Houston PD
in June of 2002 on Mike Rife for theft!! Also a report of Stalking her!!!
Christy and her husband are together with there children and doing very well. Who cares if Mr. Aguilar went to Federal Prison, look at the Enron guys and Martha Stewart. I suggest you get a life!!! If you care so much about these children why would you write about them and there mother? You need to really seek help in finding yourself and I would suggest that you shouldnt cast stones at people that you know nothing about!
GET A LIFE AND GET A REAL JOB!!!

Not much time to right but this lady has conned me also, but with her children. I was once their nanny and because of hot checks written have lost contact with her. I would greatly appreciate any and all help in finding her and these children. This is no place for children to grow up. Please help me.
