Christine Marshall is a queens lawyer who thinks she is amazing.  She is selfish and arrogant and choses to insult her clients. She is busy on other cases so when she finally gets time for you she demands you be there asap in her tiny hot office where you cannot breathe.  She will insult and belittle you and will quit on your trial date or as soon as you annoy her.  She wil write bad things about you and betray your attorney client rights because she only cares about herself not about ethics of her duties as an attorney.  Do not use this lawyer and if you get assigned her try to ask for someone else.  She spends hours reviewing one petition and seems to have trouble processing information.  She must be taken off the 18b panel and harriet weinberger allows this abuse to continue as she is the director of the 18b panel for free lawyers.  Stop the abuse to litigants and write complaints to grievance commitee about ms. marshall, harriet weinberger, the administrative judge of court you are in, the judge you have to judicial misconduct commission.
