Christoper Kevin Owen or Aplied Powertrain Technologies Corp. Kevin Owen, Performance Transmission bought a transmission with a 3 year 100 thousand mi. warranty, 4500 mi. junk won't answer phone or stand behind it Tampa , Florida

I bought a stage III 4R100 transmission for my F350 superduty truck for $3145.00 11-18-09 came with a 3 year 100 thousand mile warranty, i'm in ca. and they are in florida so I inquired alot about the warranty and was nervous about the hole deal so far away but Kevin the owner asured me that the transmission was covered by (ATRA) automatic transmission rebuilders of america and anything goes wrong just take it to any trans shop associated ATRA and they will take of it free of charge we are members. ATRA is an actual association and are who they said they were. about 4500 miles on the trans in the middle of desert the transmission blows up oil everywhere, I had to have the truck towed in. I called Kevin and told him what had happen and asked what are you going to do to fix this, I asked where the closest ATRA shop was and he said were not with ATRA I'll call a shop in your area and call you back, I had to call him back two day's later and he gave me a name of a trans shop about 10 miles from my house and said take it there and they will fix it and I will take care of it. I had the truck towed down there and they said they spoke with Kevin and he would pay for the repair, a week later I recieved a call from the trans shop saying that the truck was finished come and pick it up and make sure you bring money to pay because we can't get in touch with Kevin to recieve payment and were going to start charging storage on your vehicle if you don't pick it up. I was sick over the hole mess I tried to reach Kevin for days he wouldn't answer his phone. I finally blocked my phone number and he answered his phone I asked him what the hell is going on with you man I left you messages and you didn't call me back it cost me a $1000.00 to get my truck out of that shop you owe me some money, he said you shouldn't have picked the truck he charged to muc h money, I said the agreement was between you and him and you wouldn't answer your phone i'm stuck in the middle for everything plus what storage what would have been added he said i'll call you back when I get to the bottom of this with trans shop. I't was 6 day's later I called in him in the middle of the nite he still will not pay me for any of it. this guy and his associates are crooks and scam artists!!! I'm not done yet I won't stop until everyone knows about these guy's.
