Deadbeat has denied existance of own child even to own family after paternity tests proved otherwise. Has intentionally been hiding and avoiding all obligations of child support including even civilized contact with own child. Has gone so far as to hide in military, and now hides from own family after DNA results were disclosed to them, and they made wanted contact with child and mother. Coward tried to hide in the military. Eventually paid forced deductions from last 4 months of military pay. This is a total of 4 months of the 4 years of the child's life of any form of support. Soon after, left the Marines and is again intentionally avoiding obligations and responsibilities that had to be legally placed upon him since he is no real man.
Parental duties of all kinds belong to both parents, not just one. It is the child that misses out. It is the child's quality of life that is that is lowered due to the deadbeat's selfish actions. Deadbeat is now in contempt of court for non compliance and owes in excess of $1,8000. This amount continues to accrue as time goes on unresolved. Additionally, there is the unresolved issue of arrearages that will also be pursued, consisting of the first 3 and 1/2 years of the child's life that he has intenionally chosen to avoid and neglect.

andrew gregorich, a Dallas police officer did the same thing to me, only minus the military. he said he would kill my son if he ever saw him. just know the child has a better life without a loser like them in it
