Christopher Cote Electricity Theft ripoff Whitman Massachusetts

There was no failed rent payment, no eviction and no litigation involved so I am assuming that, Christopher Cote a.k.a. slumlord, has me confused with another former tenant or tenants, which does not surprise me at all, given his personality.

If anyone does personally take a look at the building and slumlord is there and you want to get on his good side, be sure to bring with you some alcoholic beverages, for he loves the drink, no seriously, it is a daily ritual for him. It is true that all three units have their own electric meter, but the thievery involved has to do with the wiring inside the house and not the outside.

Electric meters and gas meters or two completely different types of meters. Slumlord Cote, previously stated that his electric meters have gas heat. This; however, is not possible and is not the case. These two different types of meters can't be one in the same. Also Slumlord Cote presents a space heater as if they only work on gas, which is not true. Space heaters also can have electrical cords which can be plugged into an electrical outlet, thus becoming an electrical space heater and that is the very kind that he uses. Also, you can call National Grid and they will confirm that this residence has electric meters.

Never do any business with this slumlord. He will lie about anything and everything if it means staying out of trouble.

This is a tenant who failed to pay their rent and was evicted from my building. They subsequently lost a civil suit in court, and find it amusing to play these games.

To prove this; simply take a look at the building. All three of my units have their own electric meters which can easily be seen from the street, and they have Gas heat, which by the way is NOT a space heater.

I am the landlord and owner of the property. This tenant (who conveniently leaves out their name) has been removed from the property for violation of their agreement.

This posting is simply an effort to damage my credibility and hide the fact that they are scam artists working with their family to bilk legitimate people of out their money. It's important to note that the building has separate utilities for each floor which can be confirmed from the street.
