Christopher Marlin Mizell rented from us from 1/1/12 to 5/10/13 - He was late with rent almost every month. His final month he refused to pay rent fees and utlities and I started the eviction process. He abandoned the condo and left it filthy damaged and infested with bugs. There were holes in walls broken fixtures urine and vomit on carpets, tobacco and marijuana butts left behind. He stole the furniture and decorations we rented along with the condo. It was disgusting. He owes us more than 5 grand in back rent fees and damages. I am filing crimnal charges and taking him to small claims ct.

In response to your ridiculous comments - I only copied and pasted information that was already posted online by local government and a mug shot that is online and public record. I guess you are going to sue the local city county and state government for posting mug shots and public information online now. Take me to court if you feel like you have a case. If not then get informed before you go blathering accusations. I have proof of everything I have stated with witness accounts and photographs and statements from professionals that have had to come and repair all the damage.
Stop trying to use scare tactics to keep people from listing these criminals online. Its fairly obvious to me if not to everyone that you have some other agenda - political, racial, liberal - to try to keep people from listing pertinent information about rip off artists on here. The only reason I listed this was to try to prevent him from ripping someone else off. OH YEA! That is what this forum's purpose is! Find some other site to harrass people with your misinformed verbal vomit.

I can understand how frustrating a event like this is. But you are WAY out of line posting ANY other pesonal information. His arrest record has 0 bearing on this situation. All you have done is embarass this person. Go ahead and take them to small claims court. He will now be able to PROVE you posted defaming information about him on a public forum. Its called "Defamation of Character" "Character assassination". It is ILLEGAL and you can be sued in civil court. Unfortunatly this site DOESNT remove ANY post. SO your POOR attempt to sway ppl to your issue may have cost you more then the money he owed. PRAY HE DOESNT FIND THIS!!!
Lawyers are jumping on cases like this. Before it was ambulances, now its internet slander.
