Chris peplinski came into our business, he had a partner with him, Eric Thompson,  we later found out that his real name is, Jasen Coon, a convicted felon, for mortgage fraud, they promised us lower rates on our credit card processing fees and a monthly rebate from visa MasterCard from a class action lawsuit, in addition they told me that they would cancel and pay my old company, and pay off a lease I had with my old company.  We received a rebate the first month of our processing, then nothing after that, we discovered that the rebate is only for the first month all merchants are entitled to this, our old company and our lease we had we're never paid off, we have contacted Mr Peplinski several times and he will not call us back.  As a result, we now are paying for two leases and two credit card companies, we have called his company, First Data to try to get help, but they keep telling us there is nothing they can do, he is an independent agent.  We have heard he has done this to several other merchants throughout the thumb area, if you have had a similar experience with Mr Peplinki, please let us know, maybe if enough people get together we could start a class action lawsuit against him, if he comes into your business please please beware!! We have written to the attorney general office and have sent a notification to the FTC, he also uses other reps to do his dirty work.  I guess as always buyer beware!
