I paid back in October 2012 for a cpn plus instructions on building credit.  She set up appointments for us to do the cpn over the phone together but didn't call on the set time and made all these excuses for being busy so we made new dates to move ahead.  After 4 months of this and leaving messages that weren't being returned I just asked for a refund in March of 2013.  After no response to my calls and texts, I just texted that I will report this if the issue wasn't resolved.  My last attempt to resolve this issue before making this post resulted in a text stating they have my personal info.  I told them this post would be made if they don't refund me for services they didn't do but instead of taking the warning, they still refuse to do the refund.  Don't do business with these people.  You can find more honest people to do business with who won't take your money and waste your time.
