Chrisyanell Zeidman fraud, deception, assault on tenant Toronto Ontario

Try to re-attach a screenshot confirming the applying of applications against unfair landlord, which takes the money, but instead of not doing its job. Moreover, violates the rights of tenants.

Oh, by the way, an attempt to evict the tenants, which had already complained to the competent authorities of a violation of their rights under Canadian law it is an offence and a fine of up to $ 25000. So if Mrs. Zeidman actually filed an application for eviction - she will be fined and punished.

Again, empty words and outright lies:

1. Monica is lying, that this is not a court - Landlord and Tenant Board is a formal court to clarify the relationship between landlord and tenant.

2. Monica is lying, that "the case of eviction" - we applied the December 12, 2013 appliсations T2 (Application about Tenant Rights) and T6 (Tenant Application about Maintenance). Details can be found on the website. Proof - screenshot is attached to this post.

3. Monica is lying, that we have not paid the money. Yes it is. We were not paid. This is what recommended us the police officer. On my email to landlord requesting the account to pay for money - I received a scame email. With false addresses. The sender is registered under the name of "basement". I called the police. Police recommended that not only don't pay, but not to discuss anything with landlord. A police officer took a copy of our correspondence - there are the case. Additionally, I raised the matter in the Anti Fraud Center. The evidence provided by the Landlord and Tenant Board.

4. Monica is lying, that "there is no order against Ms. Zeidman" - just look at the bottom of the screenshot attached to this post - is clear in English written: interim order from February 10, 2014.

Monica is lying, "that if the tenants were the victims here, I would be on their side" - just wait for the Court's decision. And then choose a side. No? Then do not pretend to be a Holy Madonna.

Of course, I could comment on every word lies in the writings of Monica. Nobody needs it. At this time neither I nor the readers of the site. 3 hours continued the hearing in the Landlord and Tenant Board-it was not enough even for the presentation of evidence of violations of our rights. I do not think that is clogging the site tons of lies. Want to prove something-let's get the facts.

My name is Monica M. I was asked (in the instructions) by Ripoff report not to sign my name. I am a woman’s rights and social justice advocate and I, not Ms. Zeidman, on my own accord, wrote the original report on Mr. Igor Gamburg and Mrs. Elena Gamburg, who are her current tenants. I did it in good faith to caution other women like her that may be targeted by these tenants in order to spare them from the stress and heart ache Ms. Zeidman  has had to endure. I have written a statement of facts to which Mr. Gamburg has replied with his typical rant of lies and defamation and I stand by every word I have written about this particular case.

First of all, I want to clarify that this case is not in court. It is in front of the Landlord Tenant Board for a hearing on eviction. If this case were to be in court, it would be for defamation of character based on all the false accusations Mr. Gamburg has made on Ms. Zeidman. All Ms. Zeidman asks is to be freed from her awful tenants and have her life returned to normal. She is a private person more concerned with being at the service of others and had indeed asked that I have this report removed or edited in order to preserve her privacy. I had asked Ripoff report to do so earlier, but have not managed to have it removed so far. 

I assure you that every accusation, including that of assault posted here by Mr. Gamburg, is false and cannot be backed up by any stretch of the imagination.  Nor can his fictitious accusation of false receipts presented by Ms. Zeidman to a police officer. (Does this even make any sense? Can you imagine a police officer asking a landlord for receipts? If you were to call a police officer over such a matter they would tell you that it’s a civic case, they would not get involved.)

Secondly, Ms. Zeidman only took a legal advisor because she thought it might speed up the process with the Landlord Tenant Board (although it hasn’t made a difference), hoping to be liberated from these tenants sooner.

In addition, there is no court order against Ms. Zeidman. This is completely false. If an inspector has come to her home, it has been because the Gamburgs insist on calling the city, the police, housing ... you name it, all in order to harass and attempt to intimidate Ms. Zeidman with little foundation, and a belief that they have impunity to make false claims against her.   

Furthermore, if any of Mr. Gamburg’s accusations were true, wouldn’t these tenants have moved by now? I mean; assault with bodily injury, carcinogenic powders in the heating system, never mind the fact that it would be harmful to Ms. Zeidman herself to live with this, (and by the way, her mother lives in another country... It is not nice to imply that Ms. Zeidman’s apartment is responsible for her mother’s illness, she has hurt enough already).  As of now no city inspector has issued any type of report.

Finally, if these “frightened” tenants have not paid rent for more than three months now, wouldn’t they have saved enough already to move elsewhere? I would certainly think so. Instead they are fighting to stay and abusing the system to postpone eviction and live rent free. I assure readers that if the tenants were the victims here, I would be on their side.
