3 years ago we went into a motorcycle shop in Arlington Texas. American Motorcycle on Division st. Just looking..not planning on buying. Walked around and then a Salesman came out..We did a test ride just messing around..Well before you know it...they had talked us into bringing our motorcycle that was Paid For..in for a estimate of a possible trade in...We did that..We then told them we did not have excellent credit and didn't feel we would qualify for financing. They said no..no...come in and lets just see...We have a financing program that will guarantee you will get financed...ALL the while saying FINANCED...

We went through the process and were approved pretty quickly. THEN they started talking LEASE...we were TOLD by the Sales Manager at the American Motorcycle that we could lease it for 3 years and then get FINANCED for 3 more and purchase it. No conditions or changes supposedly. After that we were forced to file bankruptcy...which the LEASE was not included in that..but we were not TOLD that for 8 months...no payments made during that time. THEN we were notified and said because its a lease..it wasn't included...LOL..So THAT meant catching up those 8 months of payments...

We continued to make regular payments and extra in between to catch up over $2400 in 13 months before Lease is scheduled to be finished. Down to $750 and NOW Chrome Capital is talking about REPOSSESSION of the the motorcycle..We Have Less than 43 days before the Lease is up...All regular payments PAID ON TIME...Extra to catch up payments...LOL

THIS has been a SCAM from the beginning..A Bait And Switch Financing To Lure You INTO A CONTINUAL LEASING Situation...

NOW Chrome Capital Is Showing Signs Of Closing Because They Can't Maintain This...BUT IF they stay in business..I see lawsuits coming...NO TELLING HOW MANY people they have RIPPED OFF with this Bait and Switch...
