Let's see. You took the guys parts and money. Didn't return any of his calls. Supplied him with FALSE tracking numbers, then sent half of his order back with your typical piss-poor plating. Then, the guy had to get the POLICE involved to get his original parts back...Hmm, I have seen multiple posts about you doing the same thing to just about everyone who uses you... Then you come on here and claim that you DIDN'T TRY TO RIP HIM OFF?!?!? Please respond to the DOZENS of complaints on this site and over the internet - as well as your F rating with the better business beareau about how innocent you are and the high quality work you do!!! You're a scam artist, a thief and a bold face liar. You screw people out of their money and parts- plain and simple. Again, google search YOURSELF and see how much you are respected NATIONALLY.

Received all parts, with the exception of two emblems, from CHROME.  Filed a police report, per instructions from the insurance company, and included "ripoff report" documentation.  The sheriff's dept. took it from there and contacted Juan.  Took a while, but received the important pieces.

PLEASE do a search on this site for Juan Treminio or chromabonito!!!! Or do a google search for chromabonito! Juan takes ALL of the parts sent to him to Mexico. He then sells YOUR rechromed parts at swap meets! You are then left without your parts and without your money!!!! SUE HIM! That is the ONLY way you will get your money back!

Received the bumpers today.  They are not show quality but I didn't expect them to be for the price I paid.

Have not heard where the other other items (grill and emblems) are.

Their apparently making an effort to comply.  Can't believe Juan can't just return calls and provide status.  I'm more than willing to work with them.
