I ordered an engraved motorcyle part February 16, 2011 from this company. This piece is only authorized froum a fedral law enforcement agency. Well, enough said, it is now 2012. I had received several emails from Joyce, to include her husband being sick and needing to tend to his health, as other complainants have written. So last week Joyce advised the product was sent USPS Priority Mail. Additionally she stated "the POTUS cover looks so good"!! According to the BBB the company is now defuncted and my money lost. I want to advise other bikers who may look to them for custom parts and advise them NOT to order, if they still state they are in business. This was a 200.00 dollar mistake for me. Please use a reputable business in the future. Thank you.
