Chrysler Financial Crooks Internet

OK I have been buying Chysler vehicles for 20 years from the same dealership and never had a problem until now.

The economy is bad, I got fired and the company that I lost my 10 year job with is fighting me, thats another court case.  So I cant collect unemployement.

So I had to cash ou my 401k and my retirement to live on, and there are not many jobs down here in fact we have 18% unemployement.

So what it boils down to is I could no longer pay for the vehicle.  I contacted Chrysler Financial to let them know that I could no longer pay for the vehicle.  I owed 23K on my charger.  So the only help they offered was to let me pay the finance chareges of 450.  They gave me the option to let somebody else buy the car.  Nobody wants a car payment of 700 dollars a month, not i this economy.

I offered to turn in the vehicle, but they did not want to do that. Instead the called me 5 and 6 times a day every day.  I explained to them that I could no longer pay for the car. 

I was cussed at by 2 employes, threatened to be sued by 5 of them. I had one lady who talked so fast I could not get a word in edge wise.  They told me they were going to attach my bank account go ahead 0 dollars there, they told me they were going to attach my house, ha I rent. I recieved many threats like this over the phone.

I went to a bankruptcy lawyer she said well since you don't own a house, have no medical bills and have no money there is no reason to file bankruptcy. She said tkae the car back.

So I told the folks at chrysler ok I am taking the car back.  The person that I talked to was rude and warned me if I did they would sell the car for 300 dollars and sue me for 24k.  He told me that when I took the car back to have the dealership to call them and they would fax over a return of colateral form.  I drove to the dealership and gave them the car.  I gave them the number to call this guy to get the faxed form.  The guy at the dealership said you don't need to sign that for and asked me to leave the dealership at that point.  3 days in a row now after returning the call I am still getting calls, now they are saying I did ot return the car.   I dropped insurance on it.

So long story short these guys try to pay them if you can they will hound you to death if you don't.  I am even getting calls a midnight now.  Caller id says its an unknown number.
