Chrystal Cook and her boyfriend Brad Donnalley rented from me for 5 months.
They did not pay the rent in full. Each month they created a new reason why they were out of money.
They sublet the premises to unknown and unregistered people. Their dogs and parrots ruined the floor.
When evicted, they stole furniture, vacuum cleaner, ladder, all instruments and other possessions. They broke the possessions that they were not able to steal: the washering machine, the blower, etc.
They left the house dirty. She clogged the toilets with feminine products.

My name is Bradd Donnalley. I have proof the house was left in good order. This is not the first time this woman has screwed somebody that rented fromher. I also have proof she is a thief and there was nothing in the house other than a cabinet which still stands there. She put out an eviction every other week. I want to see proof of these allegations or I am suing everyone involved in this of slander because you should not be on here reporting this kind of stuff without proof
