Let this posting be due diligence for anyone considering dealing with Chuck Hughes.

Legacy Publishing LLC, is in the business of selling memberships. If you speak to these sales people, you will hear this:   Membership is limited, and only a few spots remain, hurry sign up; Chuck has made a lot of money and you are guaranteed to make money.

Once you sign the enrollment form and give them $5500 + dollars, you will never see your money
again. Read the fine print of the enrollment form: 
PAST PERFORMANCE DOES IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF FUTURE RESULTS.
TRADING DECISIONS REMAIN RESPONSIBILITY OF THAT INDIVIDUAL.

As a member, you are guaranteed trade recommendations through emails, exclusive access to a
website and the ability to watch strategy videos as he licks his chops bragging how much money he has made. He, nor anyone on his staff, is financial advisors.  One thing the Chuck Hughes Inner Circle Membership is good at is sending emails with losing trade recommendations.

The enrollment form explicitly states:  GUARANTEED TO MAKE MONEY OR YOUR FULL PURCHASE PRICE BACK!!!!
(Yes, even four exclamation marks for extra emphasis added)

However, read the FINE PRINT, and you will see the refund is based on the trade recommendations posted on the Advisory Service website. If these trades are not profitable, you will receive a full refund.

 Look at any website of Chuck Hughes, do you see ANY losing trades with Chucks Service?

I paid for the Inner Circle Membership EDUCATION. I was educated by Chuck Hughes, though, never
spoke to him. Just emails. Yes, $5500 worth of emails with trade recommendations that has more of a chance of a losing trade than winning trade.

My education has revealed the following: 

FACT:  2011 Closed Trade result reveal that you were
guaranteed to have a losing trade three out of four trade recommendations.  Only winning trades are posted on his advisory service website.  Nowhere does it state that he has to post ALL of his losing trades. And did I mention PAST
PERFORMANCE DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS?

Do NOT be fooled into an inner circle membership.

Chuck you have taken advantage of your memberships loyalty and honestly of promising not to reveal any of your trade recommendations for your gain. You will be held responsible for those employees below you, including those in the sales department.

Millionaires are out of touch with reality. Too busy with their plush residences, expensive cars, and tennis club memberships. Guys like Chuck put their kids through college all at the expense of others.

Chuck WAKE UP! There are honest, hard-working people who have a mortgage,

My solution:  Give us our money back, refund a portion, or extend inner circle membership for another year to recoup losses due to your lack of leadership and teaching ability.

Since I have just gotten emails, it is with my limited understanding, that Chuck Hughes lives in California and a guy name Joe who runs the "SUPPORT" and legal department from New Jersey.
