This company solicits independent contractors / employees via the internet, usually using craigslist under the guise of a company known as ¨CI¨ and provides no further information. There is no website and as we have found out no corporate structure visible. They recruit persons to work via the internet making what are essentially ¨secret shopper¨ and quality assurance phone calls to various business´ call centers using a selected profile and evaluating the call for various points of adherence to the client company´s call policies.
Most of the persons solicited for the job are outside the United States, mostly in Argentina, as best we can tell. While the company claims to have many agents working for them, we have only been exposed to 3, and also only 3 persons who work for the company, itself. A man who is a electronic rock musician, who goes only by the name Loud and Conscious or LC, (the band name is The Loud and Conscious People), Abigail (Gail) Llanes, and ¨Debby The Trainer.
They will tell you that you can work a flexible shift of 4 or 5 hours up to 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, at a pay rate of u$D5 to U$D7 per hour. What they DON´T tell you is that this wage is based on the time (by the minute) you actually spend ON THE PHONE. You are not paid for your work time; the time you make yourself available to them at their request and by their policy.
Due to their total lack of infrastructure and total lack of respect for the people they employ, in reality you can find yourself waiting to begin working for the first 3 of the 4 hours of your shift, and not being paid. When they finally get the information to you necessary for amking the calls, you will find that there is no time to do so.
They promise you U$D7 per hour for 20 hours per week, so, you expect U$D120 minimum for your efforts. There are weeks where you MAY see 50% of that and others wherein they simply decide they are not making calls on that day for either systems or personal reasons, and they never keep you informed.
Please be wary of the names CI Call Center, Alain Mair, Loud and Conscious and Abigail Llanes when seeking employment via the internet, particularly when responding to ads on Craigslist, their primary source of solicitation.

I have tried and tried to withdraw this report! The owners of this site will simply not budge! Having fully admitted to them that I wrote this report in a moment of anger, in haste, and that the relationship I have with this company and its people are well and in good tact, I regret deeply having ever written it! I am under no form of pressure, nor coercion to write this. I messed up! A moment of severe poor judgment and knee jerk reaction to an argument, and uncharacteristically reacted in anger. I believe having made these admissions, the owner of the site is being unreasonable in their unyielding way of not allowing an exception to the TOC. I encourage you, the reader, to consider this and note that these people and organization are fine persons, and it is I who is the culprit here. My original update appears below.
I have tried via direct contact with RipOff report to have this taken down. I fully and completely that the entry of this report was an unforgivable, knee jerk reaction to a disagreement I had with this company, and I assume full and complete personal liability for my horrendous claims.
As it turns out, in a few days after this report was published, I resolved my issues with the organization, and the persons involved and reestablished myself and my position with them. What I learned is that they are indeed a righteous and caring, people oriented and HONEST, DECENT, business and business people, having even quite a social conscience. I find it ironic, but it is true, that such does exist today. It surely does in this organization.
It is with humility that I withdraw my claims, and I ask, again, that the initial report be removed, and if that is not possible that this response be posted and heeded.
It is with pride that I associate myself with this organization and I would not hesitate to reccommend any person or client to same.

I have tried via direct contact with RipOff report to have this taken down. I fully and completely that the entry of this report was an unforgivable, knee jerk reaction to a disagreement I had with this company, and I assume full and complete personal liability for my horrendous claims.
As it turns out, in a few days after this report was published, I resolved my issues with the organization, and the persons involved and reestablished myself and my position with them. What I learned is that they are indeed a righteous and caring, people oriented and HONEST, DECENT, business and business people, having even quite a social conscience.
