CIhost states in their company e-mail...
"If you have not yet filled out your faxed credit card authorization yet, please do so here:
http://www.cihost.com/?zone=products/thankyou_order
(This has to be completed prior to your order being setup!)"
This is a LIE! When I received their email, with the above statement, I called and sent emails at once. I told them I will not mail or fax a credit card authorization.
This doesn't matter to CIhost. They still charged my credit card without my authorization. And have even gone so far as to try and charge my credit card a second time.
I have made many phone calls to their Billing and Legal departments. They state thaty can charge my credir card even without my authorization.
This is out and out FRAUD. They tell you they can't, they won't, but LOOK OUT because they will.

So you gave them your CREDIT CARD number On-line it seems cause you were ordering service from them. Did you think they would give it to you for FREE ??? When they asked you to FAX a CC Authorization to make sure it wasnt FRAUD, you refused. Then you seem to get upset when they try to charge your Credit Card for setting up a service you ordered. What is the problem ??? Oh yeah, you wanted it for FREE. YOU ARE THE RIP OFF here. Not CI Host. They have GREAT SERVICE & SUPPORT. You need to check things out better before you start calling a company a RIP-OFF when it seems you were trying to RIP them off !!!!
And NO I dont work for them. I have worked for them in the past & am very impressed with their service & such !!!!!
