I also have fallen victim to this obviously wide spread fraud. They cancelled my account willingly enough but argued vociferously against a refund. I told them I would be adding my name to the class action suit and I could hear a supervisor talking to the operator (Andre). Finally he said I would receive a refund withing 7-10 days. We shall see. I am not holding my breath. I am contacting the lawyers in the class action suit.
