CIC CREDIT MONITOR SVC BIG TIME RIPOFF ORANGE California

I went online to check my credit card bill. there it was, A charge for $79.95 to cic credit monitor svc,supposely order online by my husband, who only know how to turn my pc off ifit is on too long....i called the no.800 220 2626 in ca. they said my husband would have to call, since the account was in his name.so we did, now we wait to see if they credit my card.

i have found several charges to my card over the last yr, i call and they remove them, but how can someone get my card no. and what about the people who do not check thier statements closely...shopping online is great but this is going too far..
at the rate cic is going we will all need a credit monitor. thanks for listerning....
