Well I looked at my bank account info online and noticed my 79.95 charge to my account. After finding out who it was I am of course disputing it. I do plan to consult with a lawyer since on consumerinfo.com it only states that if you cancel your free 30 day trial you may be billed which can be refunded to you in 10 days. I am not sure if I did or did not cancel it but if I didn't
I will be consulting a lawyer about a class action lawsuit against this company which if I do proceed down that route I will post it here and provide a email address for anyone else who might want to join this lawsuit against them if it comes down to that. One thing I will definately be doing is contacting a friend of mine who is the luitenant governer for the state of Nevada and ask her to look into having every government agency with the authority to look into this company do just that.
