CIC Credit Monitoring rip-off! Dishonest fraudlent billing! Internet

I went on the internet to get a free credit report, so I signed up with CIC Credit Monitoring, for a free 30 day trial. I never got my credit report, so I emailed them and told them just to cancel my membership that same day that I signed up, within a few days they charged my credit card $9.95.

I know that is not much money but it still isn't right and I don't want them to keep charging me every month. So I tried to look them up on the internet, that is when I found this site. I found their phone number and called them, they wanted my credit card number again, but I refused to give it to them, and told them about this site.

He tried to tell me that they are not a ripoff and later in the conversation hung up on me.
