CIC Credit charged my bank account $79.95 for monitoring service after ordering a copy of my credit report which in turn caused my bank account to be overdrawn and was charged a NSF charge.
I have contacted my bank and am hoping for a charge reversal, thanks to your helpful information.

I have found this charge on my credit card. In that, I was not only charged by CIC for 8.95, plus it put my card in over limit status and I was charged 29.00 for an over limit fee.
I will now contact my financial branch and file a report with them.
