Like the other 1226 claims within the last year -- CIC claimed to offer a free credit report -- I called to cancel, which to them means charge my account for six straight months!! I noticed today, called the customer (dis)service, and the rep. said that they had no record of my call.

SOLUTION: Bank of America is now investigating the claim against them, and in the meantime, have fully credited my account back! I suggest that you just call your bank or credit card company and report it as if they stole your money -- which they did!
