CIC Triple Advantage Freecreditreport proves nothing is free ripoff Irving California

My husband the gullible one signed up for this *free credit report*, back in october. every since then i have noticed a 12.00 a month charge on my bank account which nothing thinking anything had figured he had signed up for something again. he does that, so i started calling the number on my account and it never worked. so then i started calling the bank and the information they had was also invalid. my husband hasn't received any emails from this company. we had no information on this place. i had found an address for them. i called information and gave them the company name and address and they said that they had no information for a company called CIC. so i mailed them a letter stating i was his account canceled and he money refunded and about a week later the letter came back saying not at this address.
