The amount of 12.00 x's 2 (24.00) has been comming out of my account for a year now. I purchased "A" credit report for only 24.00 total. It was to include all 3 reporters. I live in a state where I get 1 report for free. I have not been able to figure out how to stop these automatic payments. Can some help me please? They have gouged a chunk from me. At 24.00 a month it adds up fast. I need help !!! Again It's been a year and I just found my first avenue here.

The phone number to cancel the CIC Triple Advantage Credit Monitoring is 877-481-6826. I just called to cancel this morning and they refunded the charge on my credit card. FYI the number that was printed with the charge was wrong. I went and looked on their site to find the correct number. It is stated in the terms and conditions of signing up for the service.
Hope this helps get some kind of refund for you.

Unfortunately you seem to have purchased credit monitoring too. That's what CIC Triple Advantage offers. In order to receive your free, yearly credit report, you must go to the website annualcreditreport.com.
I'm not sure how to cancel. Hopefully there will be other posters who give you that info.
