Please see attached email sent to Enix yesterday by one of our agents:

Dear Enix,

I am emailing regarding the report you put on the rippoffreport website. We would like to set the record straight and say firstly please re read the email we sent to you that you copied on to the website. That email stated that we were out of stock on the product you asked for so we asked for you to choose an alternative product or refund. We did not receive a response from you stating which you would like. My understanding of this email does not show any sign of ripping you off in anyway. Looking onto our records we refunded you the money back full , total of $357.00 on the April 5th please check your bank statement to see this credit from us. We would apreciate if you took the report off the website as we have not ripped you off in any way.

Eight separate emails were sent to this customer and each one was ignored. The only emails we received from him were tracking emails and each was replied to informing him that the product was out of stock. Either he does not check his emails or does not bother to read them. Customers like this we can well do without, and we wish any company he orders with in the future the best of luck in communicating with him, as we found it impossible.
