cigar bid Allowing bidding on items not in stock, poor customer service Bethlehem Pennsylvania

 I will make this short, twice in my first three orders they had items I had bid on and won and then they said they where on backorder for weeks and would not be sent out, how this happens or how its legal, i don't know. Also when they finally said they would refund me after two days of exchanging emails and excuses, it still is supposed to take them 3 to 5 business days before they refund me. Weird cause when i win a bid the money comes out that next day, but getting your money back is a process, Kinda like the bank who likes to day trade your money for as long as they can. My tip is stay far away from online bidding sites that appartley are selling returned old dry and damaged cigars from their other  sister companies that share the same big warehouse.
