Cigar Grog Impossible to Contact. Total Ripoff. Internet

I purchased a deal from this company on Groupon. I followed the directions on their website which is to: 1. Add the item to your cart, 2. When prompted, enter your redemtion code, 3. Click Apply. The only problem is that there is no space to add the redemption code on their website. I continued through the purchasing process to see if there was an area to redeem on the PayPal website. Obviously, there was not a space to redeem my Groupon on the PayPal website. I continued with the purchasing process and clicked "Pay Now" only due to the fact taht right below that button, it says "You will be able to review your order before you complete your purchase." PayPal instantly charged me for the full amount and I was not able to cancel the item. I'm currently going through the dispute process with PayPal.

I've tried numerous times to cancel this order by calling and emailing Cigar Grog. The phone number always goes to their voice mailbox. I've yet to receive any sort of response from this company. Groupon credited me back for my deal since they were also unable to contact Cigar Grog. At this point in time, I'll accept the product at the price I paid. However, it's been over two weeks and I've yet to receive any tracking information on my product. Please stay away from this company at all costs!
