The cigna group insurance is a rip off for short term insurance. The hire a person they call a nurse to lie for them and say that he got the doctors notes and disagrees with the doctor and then they deny your claim. When trying to get information from them they refuse to respond to emails and phone calls all I ever get is an answer machine and never a return call back. The so called nurse is Jose Nieves.
