I received a promo email offering calibration services. I sent in a Mini-buck and was told afterward that they could not honor the promised turnaround time because of overwhelming response to their promotion. Because of this I ended up having to rent another unit from a different company. To add insult to injury - it came back with a cylinder leak that wasn't present when I sent it in. How exactly you can calibrate something with a leak in it is beyond me...

We have seen this complaint and have done the research based on the infomation provided by the Author. or records do not show any Mini-Buck coming from MN in the 2013/2014 calandar year. Not only would we not send a device back with damage such as a cylindar, since we are also a repair shop we would fix it as nessessary. It is also impossible to run a calibration on a device with a cylinder leak.
Basically the Authoer implies that we took his device, broke it, chraged him and sent it back to him late. If this were even close to true, we would not have been in business since 1993.
