Cindy Criner Cindy Gagnier Owes for pool cleaning services! Yorba Linda California

Cindy Criner owes us $413.64 for pool services and court costs, abstract of lien fees, filing fees, interest.  We cleaned her pool for several years and terminated services more than once for non payment.  We only agreed to take her back after she would store a credit card on file.  The card which no longer worked for whatever reason was declined so we called, emailed, and text messaged Cindy Criner for a new payment method.  For months she ignored our attempts.  The one time we spoke to Cindy Criner on the phone she was extremely rude to our staff, started complaining about her plaster chipping (not sure what this has to do with us), then about the poolguy parking his new truck in her driveway (it doesn't leak and we service the pool on trash day so there are trash cans in the street).  We sued Cynthia and have a judgment, we also filed a lien and abstract of judgment with the county of Orange.  Interest will accrue until paid.  We terminated her mothers pool service for the exact same reason, non responsive, credit card stopped working.  Cindy Criner went on Facebook to malign our company because it's somehow our fault they don't return phone calls and don't pay their bill on time..... Take some responsibility and WE ARE WAITING TO BE PAID IN FULL!!
