I know Marta from the business when she was with Wilhemina Models. I started working with her. I booked a job through CINEMATIC MANAGEMENT and still haven't been paid. They collected the money over a year ago. The client has confirmed this to be a fact and sent me the appropriate paper work to prove they we paid on my behalf.

Marta Michaud promised to pay me after giving me the run around for months on end. Screamed at me, then proceeded to tell me she doesn't work with freelancers. After she took the job, invoiced the client, and cashed the check for the work I completed.

I decided to file a small claims suit against her and found out she is infamous at the courts. They are all familiar with her. That's how many times MARTA MICHAUD AND CINEMATIC MANAGEMENT has done this to various talent. Yo can investigate how many people filed suits against her. It's public records.

I would love to get all the talent together and file a civil suit against CINEMATIC MANAGEMENT. I use Marta Michard's name because it's how I got involved with her as an individual. Marketing herself as a person who has been in the business a long time, honest and great at what she does.

There's nothing great about doing something you love, giving your absolute best and then have someone steal the money.  They are scam artist. Every talent shoud beware.
