Correct. It is truly amazing that anyone would treat Independent Contractors in this manner.

I have worked for this company since June 2007. I have seen turn over in the company in my time here, installers come and go because they do not follow rules or are late all the time.  In my time with this company my paycheck has been incorrect twice, each time i sat down with Faith to discuss it with her and she corrected my paycheck on the new pay period.

This company regularly gives bonuses to their IC's. Sometimes the company itself takes a smaller profit on jobs to ensure their installers get bigger profits.  If i wasn't paid on a regular basis or not paid at all i would not have been with this company for so long.  Every year at Christmas i am given a bonus like a new tv or laptop or cash.  Every company no matter how big or small will always have some people who think they are entitled to way more than they are. Everyone should work for this company.
