cinepolis luxury theaters 5 Months waitng for Refund of Tickets not delivered. Now being IGNORED Addison, Texas Nationwide

 Some time back in July or August of 2016 I rushed to buy tickets through their app for the latest Star trek movie at my fav theater The Last theater that had it in 3D I had been traveling and was so happy that I wouldn't miss the FINAL showing in 3D anywhere. The transaction went through but the tickets were never delivered to my phone. I called the theater as it said they took the Cash so I thought they could help me confirm my seats in 2 hrs... The local manager tried to help me but was told to wait until some bigwigs who were in town were finished with their meeting before doing anything. HMMMMM I missed the movie. Waiting for a Calls back I eventually did get one from the LOCAL Manager who wanted to make it up to me. AGAIN he was told to do NOTHING by the higher ups.

Next I look into my account on the apps and at first think I see other transactions that I did not do myself.. To keep this short 3 of the 5 I though were not mine were mine ( very forgettable films ) I then call AGAIN ( while still waiting for the upper management to contact me days later ) Then it starts. To keep this short and to the Point I am handed off to R Tuttle A senior Manager for the Corporation that owns Cineopolis. He tells me to send him all sorts of information to include personal Bank transaction information ( that is a pain to get ) and as soon as he gets back from Mexico ( where the company is based ) he will take care of the issue( in 2 WEEKS ).

He never calls back so in 4 weeks i reach out to him with what becomes an ENDLESS string of emails each one with a NEW request for MORE information. THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY FOR STAR TREK BY THE WAY! Well here we are in 2017 now 5 full MONTHS after this happened and now he simply doesn't respond anymore ( I sent my last try to him on 11-30-2016.) So Mr. Tuttles whole game seems to have been to wait me out and hope that I would just give up and go away and lose my money. Next stop is filing formal complaints with my CC company the BBB and The State CAD This Companies hubris is astounding. All to keep my money that they would have earned 10 times over by now due to the fact that I now go to another theater that is actually better. PS the LOCAL Manager had taken care of me or tried to THAT DAY and I was VERY Impressed and Happy but they stopped him.
